DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES?
Please note that we do not accept returns for exchanges or refunds. We kindly encourage all our customers to carefully review product listings and sizing before placing an order to avoid any discrepancies.
DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATION OF ORDERS?
Customers can only request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that this request does not guarantee approval, as our fulfillment center processes orders as quickly as possible. We will first verify with our fulfillment team that the product has shipped; if not, we will cancel the order.
For cancellation requests, please email us at info@merasa.nl and we will respond as quickly as possible.
DO YOU ACCEPT REFUND REQUESTS?
We cannot accept refund requests after we have shipped the order. We will always inform our customers of any potential shipping delays.
We will only accept a refund request if the product you received is completely different from your order, a different size, or a different color. We can also resend the correct product FREE of charge.
However, please note that we are strict about the following conditions:
We do not issue refunds if the order is shown as delivered by the tracking number, but the customer hasn't received it. This is because it involves the possibility of package theft, for which we are not responsible.
