We have a 14-day return policy , which means you can submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order .
Return Policy
An item is only eligible for return if it:
- Be in original condition , unused and unwashed
- Must be returned in the original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice
NB:
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Lingerie, shapewear and other intimate garments cannot be returned for hygienic reasons .
- Sale and promotional products are not eligible for refunds, but can be converted to store credit .

Return request
You can request a return by sending an email to info@merasa.nl Please include your order number. Once approved, you will receive a return label and further instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
What is not considered quality issues?
At Merasa, we value quality and transparency. Therefore, we want to clarify which situations are not considered quality defects:
- Normal product characteristics : loose threads, unfinished edges, thickness or texture of fabrics, and color variations due to screen settings are not included.
- Personal preferences : Returns due to style, color or changed taste are not considered quality issues.
- Use and maintenance : Damage due to wearing, washing, improper maintenance, own repairs or adjustments is not considered a quality defect.
- Sizing : Always check our size chart before purchasing. Returns due to incorrect sizing are not considered quality issues. Please note that items with the same size label may vary slightly due to design and style.
Important return conditions
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer exchanges . However, you can place a new order and submit a return.
- Any shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded.
- Do not send your return to the return address listed on the package. Once your return request is approved, you will receive the correct return address.

Damage and problems
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the item immediately. If the item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately . We will assess the problem as soon as possible and provide an appropriate solution.
Courier and customs charges
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
- Any customs charges or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- If an incorrect delivery address is provided, the customer will be responsible for any incorrect delivery or the cost of returning the package.
- We cannot guarantee that no additional charges will be incurred when importing products. We advise you to contact your local customs office for more information.
